full service weddings
As a farmer-florist, I strive to create whimsical, garden-inspired designs using seasonal, sustainable blooms and practices to bring your vision to life. Shady Spring Gardens takes on a limited number of larger events per year creating soft, romantic designs using the best of what’s currently in season for couples who value the connection between the natural, organic world and unique creativity.
Full-service florals are tailored more towards larger events and include in-depth consultations (via email, phone or zoom) to curate a detailed floral design plan for your special day. Perfect for couples requiring onsite set-up, specific flower varieties, florals for a larger wedding party and/or needing larger statement pieces, etc. Full-service involves specifics such as detailed visual proposals with pricing layouts, delivery to venue, day of on-site set-up and breakdown, and can even include growing specific flowers just for you!
Pick up option is not available for full-service events. Once a floral design plan is set, a 25% deposit and contract is required to secure your event date + blooms.
Full-service event minimum is $3,000 and must consult at least 3 months in advance from your event date (if interested in dedicating a section of the garden for you wedding blooms, please inquire at least 6 months in advance).
